Home lockouts at night

Wait somewhere lit and safe, such as a neighbor's porch or your car. Have ID ready; the contractor will ask for proof you live there once the door is open.

Car lockouts at night

Give the exact location, including the parking level or a nearby landmark. Keep the doors you can reach locked and your phone on. If you feel unsafe, call 911 first.

Business lockouts after hours

Have proof of your connection to the business, and check whether the building has security or on-call management who can open the door.

What it costs at night

The live site says nights, weekends and holidays carry no extra charge. The price list shows a $29 service call fee plus lockout service starting at $19. Confirm the estimate on the phone.
